Customers are encouraged to review our Sourcing / Pre-Order Policy before placing an order.
5. Minimum Order Quantity
Some products have a Minimum Order Quantity, also known as MOQ.
Customers must meet the stated MOQ before an order can be processed. The MOQ may differ depending on the product type, supplier, and product category.
If a customer attempts to order below the MOQ, the order may not be processed.
6. Pricing
Product prices are listed in Ghana cedis where applicable.
Prices may change due to supplier price changes, exchange rates, shipping costs, customs charges, logistics costs, product availability, or quantity ordered.
Benguy Sourcing will make reasonable efforts to keep prices updated. However, final confirmation may be required before sourcing begins.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary depending on product weight, size, quantity, supplier location, shipping method, customs, clearance, and logistics arrangements.
Any shipping cost or delivery timeline shown on the website may be an estimate unless clearly confirmed.
Benguy Sourcing is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping companies, customs processes, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Orders and Confirmation
After an order is placed, Benguy Sourcing may contact the customer to confirm product availability, MOQ, price, shipping cost, color, size, and delivery timeline.
