Benguy Sourcing operates as a product sourcing and pre-order platform. This means many products listed on our website are sourced from suppliers after a customer places an order or sourcing request.

How Benguy Sourcing Works
Benguy Sourcing helps customers find and order products from trusted suppliers, mainly through pre-order and wholesale sourcing.
The general process is:

- Customer checks product details, price, MOQ, shipping information, and available notes.
- Customer places an order or sourcing request.
- Benguy Sourcing confirms product availability, supplier details, shipping cost, and estimated delivery timeline.
- Once confirmed, the product is sourced and prepared for delivery.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Some products have a Minimum Order Quantity, also known as MOQ.
This means customers must order a minimum number of pieces or sets before the order can be processed.
Examples:
- Some luggage products may have an MOQ of 10 sets.
- Some watches, handbags, school bags, or fashion accessories may have an MOQ of 50 pieces.
The MOQ is usually stated on the product page. Customers should review this before placing an order.
Product Availability
Product availability depends on supplier stock at the time of confirmation.
Although a product may appear on the website, final availability may still need to be confirmed with the supplier. If a product becomes unavailable, Benguy Sourcing may recommend an alternative product, wait for restock, or advise on refund options where applicable.

Product images are provided for reference purposes.
Actual products may have slight differences in:

Order Confirmation
An order may require confirmation before final processing.

Once a customer confirms and sourcing begins, cancellation may not always be possible.
Cancellations

If the product has already been sourced, shipped, or confirmed with the supplier, cancellation may not be possible.

- The wrong item is delivered
